Please note: children born 2020 and later - separate terms and conditions for prices and lift passes may apply in line with conditions that are specific to regions and ski areas.
- If you are still in possession of a KeyCard (ski ticket), the Friends or Family Member Card, you can top it up via the Online Ticketshop. All you have to do is enter the KeyCard number, which can be found on the back of your Card and your ski pass will be topped up with the selected product.
- If you purchase a new ski ticket, it will be sent to you by post. Please note the postal delivery time (5-10 working days).
- Or use the pick-up function: You will receive a QR code by e-mail, with which you can conveniently pick up your ski passes on site at the ticket machine as a one-way ticket or at any lift ticket office as a KeyCard (deposit € 3.00), which is recommended from the 8-day ticket and can be recharged again and again in the ticket store.
